I have a system that is running Access 2002 and am having issues with
generating a pivot chart from a query. The problem is that the Pivot Chart
toolbar has the field list button disabled so there are no fields to drag
onto the chart. The only icon on this toolbar that is enabled is the refresh
button.
The database is on a network and the pivot chart functionality will work
when the same query is accessed on a different computer. Access 2002 was
removed and reinstalled and updated to the latest SP. The query is
outputting 3 fields: Month, Year, and a sum.
Any help would be appreciated.
