pivot problem conversion excel-2007vs2003

Hi.
We made a pivot table in excel 2007.
Some users who are still working in excel 2003 can not modify the pivot in
excel 2003 even after installing a convertion module (fileformatconvertions).

Is there a possibility to resolve this problem?
