Pivot Table and exporting

Hi all,

Need help :)

I have created a pivot table in Access and need to export
it to an excel file for other people to access.
Unfortunately the column heading is a rolling date
scenario so when it exports for the first time and for
the rest of current month it works fine but when the
month changes the dropped field in excel is no longer
valid and causes a problem in data refresh. This also
happens when I create a report in Access based on tyhe
pivot (transform) Query. I believe the error is the
connection is based on column headings which are created
when you first create the connection but are not
refreshed when rerun the following month.

Any suggestions?
