Hello:
I know that with a text field, you can do a "count" for a total number of
records with something in that field. I would like to show, in pivot table,
the number of records. Being inexperienced and looking for a quick solution,
I tried to do a "count" of the primary key field, knowing that all of the
records have it and thus a count would give the total number of records.
However, the primary key is numeric, and i can only get a "sum" displayed.
Any advice?
On a related note, i would do this in a cross-tab query, that only allows
three items in the row area, whereas I need to display five. Does that
restriction only occur with the wizard?
Thanks so much!
