I am trying to calculate a percent from a total in my pivot table. I
can get the results if I use % of Total, this is the total of the whole
report. Is there a way I can use a calculation on a subtotal? The end
result what percent of Cruise and Tour is for each customer.
Example:

Cruise $
Tour $
Subtotal
Air
Car
Subtotal
