Pivot Table Formatting

Is there any way to create new custom formats for Pivot
Tables? For example, I'd like to be able to include
vertical and horizontal borders for the data portion of
the table, and potentially for some of the other cells.
The only way I know how to do this is manually, section by
section. It would be great if I could create the format
once, then apply it anytime I wanted.

Any thoughts?

You can't create your own AutoFormats, and add them to the list.

You could record a macro while you format the pivot table, and run that
as required.
