Pivot table Grand total

Can some pls help with the following

I have a pivot table with 2 column and a Grand total

C1 = Co 1
C2 = Co 2
C3 = Grand Total

In each company I have rows as account numbers
so row 1 throught to sat 30 are account numbers
If each of the 2 companies had a balance in one account the balance is shown
on the same row, but the Grand total column show the 2 balances on 2 rows for
the same account - Isimply want the grand total column to add C1 and C2 .
