pivot table help

i created a pivot table for a set of data.

client......dept....total......client total....
..a............1.........65......
................2.........45......
..b............5.........10......
................7.........22......

i want to add another column called client total which displays th
totals for the clients.. i only having the top 2 depts showing for eac
client. so the client total for client a isnt 110. i want the totals an
the client totals. help would be greatly appreciated

You could create another pivot table, based on this one, and show the
client totals there. Put Client in the row area, and Total in the data area.
