Pivot Table HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every time i refreash my pivot table the formatting
changes to its default.

I move all the columns in other for it to fit on a page
but every time i refreah.... the columns move

Is there a way to fix it to the way i want it, even when i
refreah??????????????

With the Pivot Table menu bar open press Alt and P
together to open the drop down list. Select Table
Options and unclick AutoFormat table and it will work.

How are you formatting the data to start with. If you just select the data and format it then you
will lose when you refresh. Right click on one of the numbers and select 'Filed settings', then
hit the 'number' button, choose your format and hit Ok till you are out. Now it should retain the
formats.
