Pivot Table japanese version

Hi,

Japanese version Pivot Table does not function correctly, can't connect to OLAP datasource, even though all users in network using english version of Pivot Table can connect successfully to data source.
Is the language of the office with which Pivot Table was installed important, and behave differently?

by default, these components are set to check the culture on the computer to
determine how to install themselves. make sure your culture is set correctly
under control panel languages
