pivot table layout

How do I get the result of the pivot table to display the colum name on each
row that corresponds.
Ex: Center Name (data appears)
(continue center name until corresponding data ends)

Please help... Thanks

The row headings show once in a Pivot Table, and there's no setting you
can change, to force them to repeat.

To print the table with a heading on each row, you can create a copy of
the table, and fill the blanks:
