I have built a data access page that contains a pivot table. On the table,
the user can select a state and a weight and the data area will display the
appropriate UPS charges etc.
The problem I'm having is that the pivot table drop down for the state
selection is only showing 16 of the US states. I know all states are
represented on the underlying table, because I've viewed the table in pivot
table view and it works fine.
The reason I'm creating the data access page is so that the users (not all
of whome have Access on their terminals) can use the interface to pull the
appropriate rates.
