Hi

Can you extend the range on more than one pivot table at a time.
I foolishly created a model with obout 50 pivots, to row 6000, but realise i
should have put 60000

Can anyone help.

Many Thanks
Matt

Matt,

If they are all based in the same range, select the data rows 6001 through
60000, then shift-drag them to row 5999, to insert them into the database.
All the pivots shuold update then.

Holding down the shift key when you drag a selection does an insert and not a replacement. Give it
a try with a small area so you can see how it works. It is the same as selecting the range, pressing
Ctrl-X (or Cutting the range), and then using Insert / Cut Cells after selecting where to insert
them. Sorry for being so cryptic.
