Pivot Table rows count...

Is there a way to get total number of pivot table rows/columns ? I want to
export pivot table (via copy/paste) to an existing (not empty) worksheet,
but i need to allocate new space for it (normal paste overwrites cells in
spredsheet).

Thanks for any help.
