Pivot Table Total

I have a pivot table that pulls data from 2 places. One is
a list of categories and the est. cost amount. The second
is a pivot table that tracks the cost of each category as
the job goes on. The new pivot table lists the categories
then has two columns with the est. price and the actual.
Is there a way to have the Grand Total subtract the actual
from the est. amount instead of adding them?
