Pivot Table View

Hi,

Some one just sent me a query in access xp which
they had set up a pivot table view. The filtering worked
but now the tick box "All" is greyed out and they can't filter

I can't find any releveant properties for this and am unfamiliar
with this version of access

Is there an easy explanation
