Pivot tables - adding data

Each day I gather sales info and produce pivot tables showing the client and associated revenue for each day of the month. Is there a way to simply add the the new data and refresh the pivot table without creating a new pivot table each day? I have 10 sales people who I need to do this for on a daily basis and would like to automate the process if possible. thanks

You can expand the original selection by pre-entering the dates for each month and incorporating these columns in the table. Refreshing data will then pick up the new data and of course update. Alternatively create a master column in your spreadsheet that will be updated and therefore update your pivot table as well.
