Pivot Tables - how come they stop responding?

I have a pivot table now, and have had one in the past in which I wil
use them flawlessly for weeks, and then out of nowhere they seem to ge
buggy!

For example, the latest occurance happened today. I have columsn A thr
AJ and 250+ rows. I added 7 more rows and it wont recognize the seve
entries in their entirety. I've done it all; I've re-ran the wizard
refreshed, and everything seems to be fine - but the pivot is stil
excluding information. Can anyone help me with this ? Thanks i
advance!

What do you mean by "stop responding"? Pivot tables aren't "live". To update
them after the source data as changed you have to click the button on the
Pivot Tables toolbar, the one with the exclamation point.

If you mean you've added data to the bottom of your list and it isn't included
in the table, you'll have to open the Wizard and use the Back button to get to
the place where the source data range is defined and update it to include the
added rows.
