pivot tables in AccessXP

I have a new installation of XP and none of the pivot
tables work. Not in my applications, not in Northwind.
Anybody seen this?

I've reinstalled Office but it still isn't working. I
get grayed out menus and no guidelines to drop fields.

Hi,
I have exactly the same problem.
I have contacted MS support in Belgium already but they
deny that the problem exists.
I continue to look for the fix.
Once I have it, I will forward the details to you.

It would be great if you have found the solution already
in the meantime, and would be so kind to forward it to me.
