My pivot tabel question is

My table is set up like this. I would like to find their percentage of
scrap by using Sum of scrap and Sum of Production. Is there a way to do
this? Each employee had many seperate entries in the first table. I tried
adding a column to the table manually that didn't work because it didn't
resived when you changed attributes.
