Pivot Tables

How do I refresh multiple pivot tables at the same time in the same sheet
without opening & closing the file (refresh on open function) or going to
each pivot table and hitting refresh? Thanks for the help

You can use a VBA procedure:

Sub AAA()
Dim PVT As PivotTable
For Each PVT In ActiveSheet.PivotTables
PVT.RefreshTable
Next PVT
End Sub
