Pivottable questions

Hi,

I have two questions of Pivottable as below:

Example:
Account IP Count of IP
a z 5
y 4
x 3
w 1
v 1
b z 6
y 3
x 1
w 1
v 1

First question is I only want to list the count of IP >1 as below:

Account IP Count of IP
a z 5
y 4
x 3
b z 6
y 3

Second question is can I sort count of IP as decending as below:

Account IP Count of IP
b z 6
a z 5
a y 4
a x 3
b y 3

or there is other function to replace Pivottable?
