pjquery.asp line 812 error when logging in

For the past two days my MS Project Server has been
misbehaving...

Now when I log in, I get the spinning gears for a second
then I get a "Page cannot be displayed" error with the
following reference:

Error Type:
(0x80040E14)
/projectserver/Library/pjquery.asp, line 812

Anyone have any clue what is going on here?

All I know is that a reboot fixes the problem for a few
hours.

Looks like the system has full rights to that file. The fact that you reboot an it is OK is where it gets crazy
I would check the permissions on the ASP files in IIS when things go bad....REBOOT and check them when things are good
