We're (still) getting errors in our AppLog regularly from PjTraceSvc
and the "Microsoft Project Server Tracing Eventlog Provider". Gary
mentioned the "c" word (database corruption) last time I mentioned
this in a post. Ugh. Gary suggested I post more log info. Other MSP
work kept me from following up.
I thought these errors might have been related to using a bogus email
server address (to "turn off" email messaging), but I've since changed
it to a valid address, and there are still errors.
What does the PjTraceSvc do, anyway? I've found no useful doc on it.
Does anybody want to take a glance at the logs and give me a clue? I
could post a chunk of log as an attachment but I rarely see
attachments in this group. Are attachments permitted by group
charter, or would it be preferable for me to just post the messages
in-line?
Thanks in advance.
