placeholder rolling irratically?

Had this happen several times.
I have set the placeholder transparency to a number, a lot of times, when I
click on the frame it will the placeholder will start rolling (that is what
it looks like)

You might want to try setting graphic acelleration back and then seeing if
there are updated drivers available for the graphics card.

Right click on desktop >properties> settings>advanced > troubleshoot
NB this is NOT the first "troubleshoot" you see!

Actually happens on 2 differnt computers,
I'll try setting this one back and see if it works.
Drivers are up to date, had 3 gig of ram, and plenty of speed
