Placing % on a column chart?

I am trying to create a very simple column chart in Excel
2002; the source data looks like this:

ColA ColB
Red 4
Blue 10
Green 17
Yellow 6

It's very simple to create a column graph showing these
values, but I want include the percentages above each
column. If I right-click on the column, select "Format
Data Series", and go to the 'Data Labels' tab, the
percentage option is grayed out. How put the percentages
on the chart?
