Placing text object in Visio

How can I place a multiline text object displayed as a small object into a
shape that when double clicked will open up in a window so the text can be
read? It would be something like the Memo object but with the memo object I
can't copy text to it from another application such as word.

What is wrong with just a normal Visio shape? Even a standard text box
will do.
