Plain Text only E-mail

Is there a way to have "plain text" only associated with a specific e-maill
address? I have a contact who cannot use html and only want to send it this
way. All of my other contacts need to stay html. I used to be able to do
this with older versions of outlook. Currently running Outlook 2003.

Doing what Christian had suggested, in properties. I've always snipped the
extra stuff out of messages to speed things up when reading threads. Is
this not a good idea?

Not particularly, for a number of reasons. Firstly, newsgroups are
replicated over many thousands of servers across the globe, with the
potentiol for posts to go missing, and secondly, if someone jumps in in the
middle of a thread, if quoting is done properly, they don't need to read a
number of back-posts to see the gist of the thread. There are more. Have a
look here:

What is a good idea is to include enough to maintain context and eliminate
the rest.
