I have simular problem.
Printing plain text with more than one page and I only
want to print page 1 but I only get the option to print
Odd/Even/All.
When I change the format to HTML I can then print the
first page, but this is a waste of time if I have
to 'forward' the e-mail (not send it) and then change the
format to HTML each time I want to print one page of say
10 pages.
Any ideas/known patches for this?
