plan or project can not list

I can connect project server 2003 with project professional 2003.After I
logon into server with project professional 2003,I want to open plan with
menu File--open,however I only get a blank list.I cant see any plan.

If you're certain that there are plans saved to the server, then you'll need
to check your security access if you can't see them.
