Planning a Meeting - Grid

When I am planning a meeting through the planner grid - when I add an
attendee I can see his busy/out of office/tentative appointments but when I
hover my mouse over them I don't get a description of the appointment. Does
anyone know how I resolve this.

you can't see that information unless you have been granted permission.

Hi DLW

Thanks for the response, the secretary has edit, delete, create and modify
delegate permissions. I have read only rights and I can see the screen pop
ups in the Planner Grid but the secretary cannot.

Does she have the option enabled to show them - tools, options, calendar,
planner options.
