Planning a meeting

I notice when you go to plan a meeting and create a list
of invitees, it only shows your own working hours as
available times. It does show the invitees working hours,
enabling you to schedule a meeting when they are not
working. Does anyone know how to correct this?

There isn't any way I can think of - short of having everybody mark
themselves as "out of office" when they aren't there.
