Affinity project with circuit church. This will be an annual project. Need to
meet the need of the population which we serve. Need to present idea to
churches in the vicinity.

It sounds more like this is a planning function performed by the vestry
(or whatever the governing group of your church is called). At any rate,
it most likely will have nothing to do with Microsoft Project, a
planning and scheduling application, which is the only focus of this
newsgroup.
