Just upgraded MS XP Small Business to Office 2003. Using
MS Office Outlook (11.5608.5703)as default email program.
Box "play sound when message arrives" is always checked.
Once in a while it works...most of the time it doesn't
when a message comes in. Is this normal? Any help or
direction to fix this would be appreciated.
