Is there a Zoom to Full Screen Option in 2000 like there is in 2003. If so
how do you acess it?

Also, is there a delay timing in option in 2000 like 2003? How do you acess
it?

CD Pakage does exist in 2000, is there a procedure written on how save a ppt
file in 2000 be sure all the fonts and files (like mpegs) are saved on the CD?

Thanks in adavnace for your quick reply to these questions.

DEM, I don't have PPT 2000 on this machine to check but I can tell you that
if you attempt to embed some True Type Fonts in a PPT presentation, they may
not be able to be copied due to licensing restrictions. I have a few
display fonts that I like to use that are not able to be embedded. When I
use those fonts, I have to make sure that the PPT file will not be used on a
computer without those fonts installed.

The delay start is set in PPT 2000 like it is in '97 I believe. To do it
you need to right click on the movie after it has been inserted on a slide.
Left click on Timing tab and then on the Animate radio button and then on
Automatically and set the time in seconds after the previous event. Click
OK and test to see if it what you want by starting the PPT show.

CD Package is Pack and Go under the file menu for older versions of Office
PPT but it doesn't always work to copy the linked movie files. The best way
to ensure that your movie will play is to create the PPT file and all linked
and embedded files from one folder on the hard drive and then copy the
folder to the CD.

PPT '97 and PPT 2002 do not have the feature. It and '97 both require you
to "drag" the video to the full screen size when creating the presentation.
