Playing mp3s

Hi all:

Yes, I've seen many posts about this in the few hours I'ev been studying the
problem. Simply put, an inserted mp3 doesn't play. I converted them all to
..wav files, now one plays, the other 3 still don't. They are already in the
same folder as my .ppt file. I don't know what to try next.

Can you put it less simply? What version of PowerPoint are you using? Do you
have other players installed on your system, like Real Player? Have you read
through http://www.soniacoleman.com/Tutorials/PowerPoint/multimedia.htm ? What
version of Windows are you running? Do you get any messages? Are you playing
from CD or have you inserted the files from your hard disk? Do the files play
when you click on them?
