Playing powerpoint in Internet Explorer with Viewer

I have Powerpoint 2002 installed and Internet Explorer
uses it to show powerpoint presentations. Now that
Powerpoint Viewer 2003 is out I wish to have them played
by that instead. On my computer I have changed the file
types so that .ppt play in the viewer but IE still wants
to play them in Powerpoint. Now on another computer
where I do not have Powerpoint install just the viewer IE
plays them using the Viewer. What do I need to do to
change this for the computer with Powerpoint installed.
