When using Outlook 97 I get the following error when trying to synchronise:
"Synchronization with the offline folder file could not be completed. The
attempt to log to the Microsoft Exchange Server computer has failed."
I have found a Microsoft Knowledge Base article number 170647 but this
refers to Windows 95 and I am using Windows 98 and it does not appear to
apply. Can anyone help with information please.
The original .OST file was 22,352KB in size until I disabled it to create a
new one
which is now 48KB and I still get the same message
