What won't let you print?
Do you have a printer? Is it installed?
What happens when you try,,what errors do you get?
Don't use the short Print button, try; File | Print and select the printer
you have installed...what happens?

Angie, With your document on screen, go to the very top, left of the screen
and look for a small triangle with a dash under it. Then left or righ click,
choose "Customize Quick Access Toolbar" ...ad the options you want to your
bar.
