please enable: drag maximized windows to other monitor

More and more people have two monitors. It's *so* hard to move maximized
windows from one monitor to the other right now--- wife and kids can't figure
it out on their own. Only Microsoft can make this easy.

Don't Maximize the window and it isn't an issue. Maximize was useful
when we didn't have huge or multiple monitors. Now "Maximize" is just
annoying.
