I am unable to send any of my documents as attachments, because the documents
appear as "0 bytes" when I try to attach them. In other words, the system
does not seem to recognize my documents now. When I open any of my Office
documents or create a new Office document, the file properties (e.g., Read
Only, Archive, Hidden and System) are all grayed out and not accessible. I
have run "Detect and Repair" using the original Office CD and also tried
saving as .rtf files (in Word), neither of which has helped. I am using
Office 2003 for years, and this began "out-of-the-blue" (no recent new
programs added). I've scanned for viruses and mal/ad-ware, but all seems
clean. I work from home and would greatly appreciate any help that might be
offered, as I am not able to send documents to my clients. Thank you very
much for any help you may be able to provide. (PS - I'm using Win XP Pro and
have all the latest updates)
