Please help!!! Click data and open another form to edit that same

I have a macro set to open another form (Editing Form) to edit data found on
the first form (Multiple Item Form).

The problem is the (Editing Form) always opens to the very first record or a
new record.

I need the form to open the record I click on, so I can edit that particular
record.

Would someone give me some suggestions as to what I am doing wrong?
