Please help- desperate - Out of office option missing

Hello. I have a Windows XP machine running in a windows client/server
environment. This is the only machine on my network that has this problem. I
have a user running Outllook 2003, all patched up. When she clicks tools >
options the out of office feature is not available. She can however log into
another machine on the same network and use the feature. I have
uninstalled/reinstalled Outlook the conventional way and I have created a new
outlook profile for her and neither work. I am wondering if there is a clean
way to uninstall/outllok or the whole office suite that will get rid of
registry settings and not leave a trace so I can reinstall or try something
different. Any help is greatly apprecfiated.

In Outlook:

- Click Tools -> Options
- Click the Other tab
- Click the Advanced Options button
- Click the Add-in Manager button

Do you see Exchange Extensions Commands listed? Does it have a check mark
in the box? I'm assuming you are in a Microsoft Exchange Server
environment.

Is it possible that the account is incorrectly configured as POP3
instead of Exchange Server?

You guys are all the absolute best!! The Exchange Extensions setting did it.
Cheers! And thanks again - much appreciated
