Nope. We can help you build an Access database, but we can't write a letter
for you.

This is a Microsoft Access (the database application) newsgroup.

I doubt you will find any newsgroup that will help you write a letter
though.

As you posted your question in a Microsoft group, I can only assume that you
are using Microsoft Word as your word processor.

For Microsoft Word questions, try asking your question in one of the 29 Word
