i downloaded some sales invoice and receipts templates.

i would like to be able to use it as a standard invoicing on my PC. i just a
small buziness. Just want to know the how to use one template as an invoice
to give to multiple clients.

Or if this helps better, i would love to be able to use the template
automated, saves previous infor and clears up for a new on

Your question is confusing. A template is just that - a basis for your
documents. Did you save that file as a *template*?
