Please Help: Outlook message gets downloaded on SINGLE CLICK !!

Hello friends,

I am using Microsoft outlook 2007, got configured with Gmail (IMAP).

I have configured to download only the "Message Header" in inbox. But
even after that, when I SINGLE CLICK on it, the message gets
downloaded on the computer.

I want the message to get downloaded when DOUBLE CLICK on it. Is it
possible? Because it seems like, even to delete a junk mail, i need to
download it; and the system gets hangs because of slow connection.

How are you going to delete something (with Outlook) that you haven't
downloaded?
