I have changed ISP & would like to use Outlook with my new ISP. Unfortunety
I had MSN & OL Connector & cannot connect to my new ISP. If I uninstall the
Connector - Outlook will not open >>>Error Outlook cannot open because it
cannot find the folders>>>. ok System Restore fixed this. Seemed a
reinstall of Outlook was my only option. I uninstalled & then reinstalled &
got the same error. ok System Restore again. Next I uninstalled Office 2003
& reinstalled. Still the same thing. Outlook could not open cannot find
folders blah blah. I went to uninstall Office again NOW it will not let me
change or uninstall. Error >>>>The patch could not be found, verify the
patch exists and that I can access, contact the vender to verify it is a
valid Windows Patch>>>???? What happened????? How can fix this?? Seems this
problem gets worse with each step I take. Thanks
Win XP Home

Thank you so much I am now able to access re-install, uninstall ect. w/o that
error message. However, Outlook still has the Connector. Can you help with
getting rid of Outlook Connector?? I'm afraid if I remove Connector again, I
will begin this never-ending cycle all over. >ie. I remove Connector- Error:
Outlook cannot open - cannot find folders. Thanks

PS. If I use this same tool to remove Connector will that do the trick? It
will remove Connector from my computer which I no longer need, but still
leave Outlook intact?
