PLEASE HELP W/ MICROSOFT WORKS 7.0 ERROR!!!

I recently got my compter fixed, and now when I try to
copy and paste something from an AOL document to Micro.
Works, an error alwyas comes up that says "There is not
enough memory on the computer shut programs down or
restart windows" I do do this everytime, ans then when I
try again, it still wont work. PLEASE HELP ME!!!
