Please help with problem -clip art names from internet not appearing correctly

When I download or do a search in ppt for clip art it
appears in the clip art to the right with a funny icon of a
notebook and a wierd name as follows: dglxasset... with a
globe showing it is online. If I rightclick and look at
properties it shows the preview fine, and if I control >to
move to the next clip I see a preview fine but I want to
see it in the preview box initially. Please HELP!
