Please help with timeline

Rob

Hi - me again

I'm getting desperate here - any help would be much appreciated

I'm in Gantt view and have put in a list of task

I'm now trying to schedule them and after doing a few thought I noticed that my timeline jumps from end of March 2004 to April 2005 - I've lost a whole year

I 've searched this group and the various help options without luck and have now resorted to pulling my hair out ! ;-

Suggestions as to what could be the problem please

You've given us very little to go on.

Try these steps:

1. Double-click on the dates above the Gantt chart. This will pop-up a
display for the Timescale.

2a. Click on the Middle tier tab. Set the Units to Years and the count
(just below it) to 1; set the Label field to an appropriate format.
2b. Click on the Bottom tier tab. Set the Units to Months and the count
(just below it) to 1; set the Label field to an appropriate format.
2c. Click on OK.

3. If that doesn't show you your work then RightMouseButton on the dates
above the Gantt chart, click on Zoom and click on "Entire Project". Click
on ok.
